As temps climb toward the 53°F afternoon high and the wind backs off slightly, watch for BWO spinners and duns in the flat water between 11 AM and 2 PM — that's your dry-fly window, and it can be exceptional on the Mo in November. For streamers, target the deep channel edges and undercut banks in the first and last 30 minutes of fishable light with a slow, bottom-hugging retrieve; cold-water browns are not chasing, so put the fly right on their nose.
